Under the leadership of the Program Coordinator, The Finance and Operation Officer will base in Humbang Hasundutan District and responsible to finance, administration and operation issues in Humbang Hasundutan office. 

The position is based in Humbang Hasundutan and requires up to 20 % travel to program locations (depend on COVID-19 development).

Health Program Officer will be responsible to identify potential community champions (including PKK members, formal, and informal leaders) and facilitate gathering/validation of insights from the community to inform program planning.

The INVEST DM 2.0 Operations Coordinator is a member of the Jakarta-INVEST DM 2.0  management team and reports directly to Chief of Party. S/he oversees and coordinates the Jakarta-INVEST DM 2.0  operations and support team which includes the procurement of the local consultants and national resource persons facilitators. S/he ensures the operational support and services provided to the INVEST DM 2.0  program is compliant, quality controlled, strategic, and responsive to the needs of the program.
