General Position Summary 

Under the direction of Senior DRM Systems and Strategy Specialist, the Roster Management Specialist is responsible for the planning, execution and reporting of INVEST DM 2.0 Output 4.1: BNPB risk assessment experts roster mechanism is implemented and improved.

The position will be based in Jakarta (at the BNPB). Travel may be required with up to 10% of her/his time expected to be spent at sub-national level.

Program INVEST DM 2.0 (Investing in Human Capital for Disaster Management) adalah program kerjasama antara Pemerintah Amerika Serikat (melalui USAID) dan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia (melalui Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana, BNPB). INVEST DM 2.0 dirancang sebagai kelanjutan dari program Technical Assistance and Training Team (TATTs) (2014-2019) dan program INVEST DM tahap pertama (Mei 2019-Januari 2021) yang didukung oleh USAID/BHA.
