Program Summary 

INVEST DM 2.0, program yang didanai USAID yang dilaksanakan oleh Mercy Corps, bermitra dengan BNPB untuk mendukung BNPB dalam memperkuat peran, fungsi, dan tanggung jawabnya untuk mengisi kesenjangan di area prioritas. Bidang dukungan meliputi peningkatan kapasitas teknis dari kesiapsiagaan, tanggap darurat, dan pemulihan; perencanaan dan pengembangan kebijakan; tata kelola/kelembagaan; dan pengembangan organisasi. Semua ini bermuara pada satu aspek: pengembangan sumber daya manusia.

General Position Summary 

Under the direction of Senior DRM Systems and Strategy Specialist, the Roster Management Specialist is responsible for the planning, execution and reporting of INVEST DM 2.0 Output 4.1: BNPB risk assessment experts roster mechanism is implemented and improved.

The position will be based in Jakarta (at the BNPB). Travel may be required with up to 10% of her/his time expected to be spent at sub-national level.
