Training and Mentoring Program Officer will support the Program Coordinator to develop or modify education materials on Nutrition and Self-care to manage the family’s health and COVID-19 risk prevention. S/he will work with the program officer to conduct Training of Trainers for at least 100 midwives and 500 health cadres, and deliver training and mentoring (through offline and online channels) on self-care education for 3,100 urban poor women.

Under the leadership of the Program Coordinator, The Finance and Operation Officer will base in Humbang Hasundutan District and responsible to finance, administration and operation issues in Humbang Hasundutan office. 

The position is based in Humbang Hasundutan and requires up to 20 % travel to program locations (depend on COVID-19 development).

Health Program Officer will be responsible to identify potential community champions (including PKK members, formal, and informal leaders) and facilitate gathering/validation of insights from the community to inform program planning.

Under the leadership of the Program Manager, The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Assitant will base in Jakarta and responsible to support the development of program’s MEL system, including strategies and tools for measurement, data management protocol, and evidence-based learning and decision making. The MEL Assistant will responsible to implement and improve program MEL in consultation with Senior MEL Officer.
