TENDER NOTICE

Yayasan Mercy Corps Indonesia (YMCI) is a Local Foundation, which will implement humanitarian, and development assistance programs throughout the country. YMCI mission is to empower people in Indonesia to become healthy, productive, and resilient communities.

Yayasan Mercy Corps Indonesia is seeking a Consultant for Pre-Feasibility Study of Dam Construction Supporting Regional Water Supply System and the consultant should have a proven background in this area and meet the qualification as below:

  • Minimum 10 years work experience in water resource-related assessment, particularly hydrological analysis. Specific experience in the assessment/study/planning of dam or clean water production, transmission and distribution infrastructure will be plus point.
  • Sound understanding on the impact of climate variability to water resource, and able to include climate data (including projection) to hydrological analysis process.
  • Sound understanding on matters related to urban and regional development, including the urgency of water resource management in urban development.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in writing bilingual report (English and Indonesia)
  • Preferably consultant domiciled in Central Java and/or have relevant experience in the region
  • Having Team composition consist of experts:
    • Team Leader / Water Civil Engineer – S3
    • Hydrologist / geohydrologist – S2
    • Environmental Ecologist/Environmental Engineering/Environmental Biology – S2
    • Urban and Regional Planning Experts - S2
    • Mapping Experts / GIS – S2
