Background:
Yayasan Mercy Corps Indonesia (YMCI) adalah sebuah lembaga nonprofit berbadan hukum Indonesia yang berdomisili di Gedung Trihamas Lantai 1, Jalan TB Simatupang No. 11, Jakarta Selatan. Saat ini YMCI sedang mengembangkan platform MicroMentor Indonesia, sebuah platform online yang mempertemukan wirausaha dengan relawan mentor untuk berkolaborasi menyelesaikan masalah dan membangun usaha. Layanan ini gratis dan mudah digunakan. Mercy Corps Indonesia bekerja sama dengan Bank Commonwealth dan Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth untuk membantu usaha kecil memperoleh dukungan pengembangan usaha melalui fasilitas mentoring bisnis gratis. MicroMentor Indonesia menyediakan layanan mentoring dengan basis online, sehingga platform ini dapat diakses kapanpun dan dimanapun melalui situs www.micromentor.org.
Purpose / Project Description:
Menciptakan sebuah dokumentasi publik mengenai perjalanan Garda Transfumi di:
1. Kabupaten Sinjai, Sulawesi Selatan
2. Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara
3. Gampong Trieng Krueng Kreh, Aceh Utara
Consultant Activities:
The Consultant will:
- Mengikuti penjelasan awal dari tim MicroMentor Indonesia untuk memahami konteks program
- Memahami panduan konten video yang diberikan, termasuk pemberian subtitle Indonesia & voice over, kemudian mengembangkannya menjadi sebuah video perjalanan “Jejak Langkah Garda”.
- Membuat laporan hasil produksi video MicroMentor Indonesia.
- Melakukan revisi untuk setiap video, sesuai dengan batas waktu yang didiskusikan bersama.
- Berkoordinasi dan memberikan informasi kepada tim MicroMentor Indonesia apabila terdapat hal yang perlu didiskusikan berkaitan dengan proses produksi video MicroMentor Indonesia.
- Menyelesaikan produksi video sesuai dengan timeline waktu yang telah ditentukan.
- Memberikan raw asset video kepada tim MicroMentor Indonesia setelah produksi selesai.
Consultant Deliverables:
The Consultant will:
Menghasilkan sebuah video mengenai perjalanan “Jejak Langkah Garda” yang berada di:
1. Kabupaten Sinjai, Sulawesi Selatan
2. Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara
3. Gampong Trieng Krueng Kreh, Aceh Utara
Video berdurasi sepanjang maksimal 8 menit dengan resolusi High Definition, juga terdapat subtitle Indonesia & voice over dalam video tersebut.

Required Experience & Skills:

- Wajib memiliki setidaknya 2 tahun pengalaman profesional sebagai videographer, graphic designer, content creator, atau di bidang yang relevan
- Memahami konsep tentang kewirausahaan dan UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah).
- Dapat menyusun strategi cost effective untuk pengambilan gambar dan video di:
1. Kabupaten Sinjai, Sulawesi Selatan
2. Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara
3. Gampong Trieng Krueng Kreh, Aceh Utara
